License Exams in Elko

The Elko Volunteer Examiners in cooperation with The American Radio Relay League Volunteer Examiner Coordinator will be offering FCC Amateur Radio, (HAM) Operator, examinations on Saturday April 22, 2006 at 11:00 AM in Elko. These exams will be conducted at the Chilton Engineering offices at 421 Court Street.

Prospective examines should bring the following:
  1. Photo identification or 2 forms of non-photo ID.
  2. FCC license and a copy, if any is currently held.
  3. Certificate of Successful Completion of Element, (CSCE), if any held.
  4. Examination fee of $14.00
Exams will be offered for all classes of license. Every effort will be made to accommodate walk-in's, but pre-registration will insure that the team has adequate materials on hand. Please pre-register if you plan to attend this session by calling Joe Giraudo at (775) 738-7110.
