The purpose of this letter is to request your current positions on specific legislation that is now before Congress. There are currently at least two items of pending federal legislation that Radio Amateurs (“Ham” radio operators) are interested in, S1236/HR691 and H Res 230. As you will see, I intend to track your position on these and other legislation that is of interest to the Amateur radio community in Nevada.
